Work Overview

This project involved the construction of a G+1 residential building with a total built-up area of approximately 2800 square feet. The structure was designed to accommodate two residential units while maintaining privacy and structural safety. Our scope included municipal plan approval assistance, coordination during construction, and periodic site supervision. Emphasis was placed on foundation strength, column alignment, and slab execution to meet structural requirements. The building was completed as per approved specifications and handed over after final verification, ensuring suitability for multi-family residential use.
